External forces can’t win war on terror in Nigeria — Samuel Memeh

The US has withdrawn most of its troops from Nigeria, declaring their counter-terrorism role in the country's north, a success.

That's despite statistics which show the number of those killed in terror attacks over the course of their deployment, has in fact risen.
