Yes, the new update includes voice acting. Of course, the only voice I found to be decent was Euryale's It's also pronounced "euryalee" and not "uriel" as I've been pronouncing it.

I caution you towards this one as it gets kinda progressive. I've talked to the dev a lot and they seem pretty cool but it got really political in a way I didn't expect. I still like the story though. And the AI is trained on the VA's voices, however they did hire VA's to do a full scene in China coming later. Voices should be normal, didn't have any issue hearing them myself.
