EU says it won't recognize Russian passports issued to Donbass locals

The chief of EU foreign policy Josep Borrell has announced that the bloc will not recognize Russian passports issued to residents of the Donbass region – where more than 600,000 DPR and LPR citizens have already received them, with these numbers only growing, according to Moscow.
