EU farmers nearly broke as cheap grain meant for Africa drops prices in Europe

A surge of grain and oil-seed imports from Ukraine, which were supposed to go to impoverished nations in Africa, has put farmers in Romania, Bulgaria and Poland at risk of being put out of business. RT contributor Rachel Marsden shares her opinions on the issue.
