EU Council president calls Russia’s free grain for Africa offer ‘a parody of generosity’

European Council President Charles Michel expressed contempt for Russia’s refusal to prolong the Black Sea grain deal, calling Russia’s free grain provisions for African countries fake generosity. Moscow says the deal will not be resumed until all of its conditions are met.
