In others, we’ve stalled—or moved backward. From taxation and regulation to education, immigration, and the administrative state, I walk through what’s changed—and what hasn’t.

Drawing on insights from Ronald Reagan and Abraham Lincoln, I make the case that the choice between liberty and tyranny is not abstract—it’s immediate and ongoing.
