Energy crisis looms over Europe

Qatar's Energy Minister said that Europe got lucky last winter and was saved from an energy collapse – thanks to warm weather. He also warned that the worst is yet to come unless Brussels overhauls its ‘green agenda.’ RT contributor Rachel Marsden tells us more.
