It seems to "appear" as fairly plain, but cooking the meals in the little ceramic pots, and then running the cooking juices off to dip your bread in... Hmmmmmmmmm excellent. My old man used to butter his bread and dip it into the gravy and juices and wipe his plate clean.... Something you never see any more in Australia. Setting the table and all the cutlery - fork, knife, spoon/s, butter knife, block of butter in a lidded butter container, side plate to butter the bread etc... AND I have eated at an African resturaunt in Fitzroy (Melbourne) Australia, and they had what appeared to be lentils and lamb type BASIC dishes, and they were some of the BEST foods I have ever had.... https://fastly.4sqi.net/img/ge....neral/600x600/244913https://media-cdn.tripadvisor.....com/media/photo-s/27https://www.123dentist.com/wp-....content/uploads/2020
Not being terribly accurate - but it could also be called Babylon / Mesopotamia / etc., etc., etc...
