Drug dealer arrested by cop dressed as teddy bear

Police in Peru have once again combined their love of fancy dress with their love of catching perps, this time in a heartwarming Valentine’s Day sting.

When a giant teddy bear clutching flowers and chocolates turned up outside a woman’s home in Lima, she was understandably swept off her feet and eagerly came outside to get her gifts. That’s when things became less romantic. The giant teddy bear was revealed to be an undercover cop, who unceremoniously busted the woman for dealing drugs.

We’re not sure if Hallmark will make a movie adaptation of this event.
