DRC uncertain whether ceasefire between govt forces and M23 militia will hold

Following peace negotiations in Angola last week, a truce between the M23 insurgent group and the DRC appears to be holding. Rwanda agreed to a ceasefire and the withdrawal of M23 forces from the Congolese east. But some local armed groups have continued fighting - and residents say there are signs that M23 has maintained its positions.
