@Generationless: I'm fortunate to have learned from various family run health food stores in my native Chicago, and other cities. There are numerous publications of natural remedies that won't see the light of day, thanks to the peddlers of sorcery in the (((FNM))), most doctors, big ag, factory foods, etc. People just need to get off their asses, and look for themselves. The info is out there for those who seek it.
