Don't get fooled by this guys, south america is only a option if you have money, you won't have secururity, since you can't have a gun legally and even if you manage to get one, there's istill the issue of juridical insecurity, since thease countries don't follow their own laws, in brazil doesnt exist such a thing as self-defense, if you shoot a criminal youre under the risk of being to jail with him.

About health care, don´t trust goverment there is np such a thing as free helalth care, of course some people sometimes got treated, not free but from a fraction of would normaly pay, but these people are are just lucky, most of them just die waiting for a "free surgery". But if you have money youre safe, just like in every rich country.

Education is another problem, since you're forced to put your child on a school by law, and even if you have money to pay for a good school, all the schools are forced by law to teach the same thing as the free ones, and the goverment is the one who decides what will be taught. So you can't run from indoctrination.
