The U.S.S.I.O.A was lost irredeemably 30 + years ago. Their masters have been saying exactly what they were doing and were going to do for nearly 100 years and in their masters eyes if they tell you their intent and you do nothing then you consent and it is all your fault.
In reality 50 years was all it took.
