instead they do the batman fallacy, of doing the same things over and over again without considering that they aren't doing anything different which yields the same results.

and by batman, what i'm talking about is he catches the bad guy, puts bad guy in jail and the bad guy is released starts creating havoc and kills innocents, starting the cycle over again and again.
