Don't Focus On Your Strengths

I've got a bit of advice in this video that seems to go against the grain.
Many people advise that you play to your strengths and don't worry about your weakness, but I've found that we tend to take strengths for granted, becuase they come easily. In contrast, the hard work we put into developing a strength from a weakness tends to make us appreciate those attributes more and can lead to success.
In this video, I tell you why you should not take the advice of focusing on your strengths alone, but should also work hard on your weakness to be even more successful.
