Creators are chasing politics in products.
Owners are still chasing profits in products.
Owners are asking the Creators why the products are not doing well.
Creators are avoiding responsibility because the product WAS good, it's not the creators fault, it has to be the customers are not accepting the change.
QED Creators are blaming the customers to save their jobs.
You should know this as an Economist.
The Answer: Owners have hired irresponsible people.
Until Owners start hiring responsible people or stop caring about profit, products will continue to be terrible and unprofitable.
