While I can't speak about that I've noticed when I get away from population dense area's, I'm in Canada so getting away from population center's isn't difficult, that my circadian rhythm resets to normal light/dark cycle within a day or two. Another odd thing I've noticed when I go camping in the bush is mosquitoes won't even bite me for almost a week. They'll fly close then take off. It's like I'm too toxic to eat. Well until I detox I guess. Just strange.

We are living in poison. Now and then I tell people I want to let go of everything and go back to not having a phone, not using money, people don't get it.

I've met many people who walk barefoot. Even on gravel, thing that is painful for me. In my grandfather's time, the boots had leather soles that wouldn't isolate the body from the earth completely, now all my shoes have rubber soles that completely isolate my body from the earth energy. There's energy in the air, by walking barefoot, that energy flows through our bodies. Our cities have insulted ground too.
