@eldrazi317: i think that's mostly out of government related. it's the government who fucks you in the ass when it comes to building codes where they shouldn't have any right to say anything you do with your land. but unfortunately they create laws for a lot of shit they shouldn't have any business in especially in homes like these where they are far away from everything else.
