Demonstrators demand govt’s resignation in Bangladesh

Thousands of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) supporters rallied in the city of Barisal as the anti-government protest movement continues in the country. Party leaders and activists demonstrated over the soaring prices of fuel and essential goods, and demanded the resignation of the Awami League government.
