There is a silver lining to the Nazi larping. When these fools wear masks they are messing up their biology and minds in real time. Its easier to talk to them as basic automaton when their faces are covered, and run laps around them calmly as they struggle to breathe thinking that they are willing to talk to you rationally.
Make them exert themselves with their masks on. They are literally choking during that 8 hour shift. Its a grind, but it will bring them gradually to deteriorating health, cancer, and death. Their life force flowing into you, you become a mini demigod.
