This shit is awake up call to get in better shape. I fucked my back up during covid and my ex wife cheated on me at the time afterwards. Got rid of her and now I struggle to lose the weight. I'm pretty much a sub 5 but I used to be a decent 7.5. People really don't care about men who are 8 or below. I've seen it with my own eyes.
