AS a keen observer - I think the homeless people shitting in the streets, is because they have no home or place of work to shit in, and there is no "public" type business's to go shit in - as they usually clamp down by saying "paying customers only" and these places are far and few between AND so are public toilets.

So while it's FINE to put shit on homeless people, for shitting in the streets, until you end up being another of them, with no where else to go and shit.

AND the most fucked up and unmanageable people are usually the first and most often the ones, who end up homeless first.

The junkies and the mentally ill, followed by people faced with unemployment and so on and so forth.

Dave Chappelle is right that no dungbettle should be allowed to shit wherever they want to.
