This mag is called "Men's Health" and it's giving advice which is patently bad for men. Do your own math.
Having hooked up with single moms in my life..... fun fact, if you catch her before she 'has had her fun', the sex might be good. If you catch her after she hits the wall and she wants a betacuck to take care of Chad/Tyrone's leftovers, the sex will be rare and extremely horrible. To call them frigid would be an understatement and to make matters worse, they will act like you're doing something wrong for wanting more/better. I've had this happen to me and seen it happen to other men many times.
single mother = avoid, or if you're really really desperate, smash & dash, rail & bail, fuck & cuck, ejaculate & evacuate, pump & dump, penetrate & (self) defenestrate, etc.
