Huh? BS. Trump understands history, at least US and US economy or business history-- and that's what counts most for us in the US. He might only know some or of world history... Europeans have been killing each under Rome and after Rome fell... not to mention their wars between Christian sects.
The Deep State (DS) and EU not to mention NATO needs wars to stay in power. Trump has literally ended wars...Syria, Iran (removed their ability to manufacture terrorist weapons,] North Korea, and soon Ukraine (by defunded it.)
