Well he wasn't citing it as FACT - he was pointing out that while the ideas, sound rather grand as lip service, "on paper" - unless it's a bigger bomb than me as the hansome man in a movie, and it can go on for a few zillion years, it ain't going to warm up anything, so the core will not become super hot, fluid and function as a generator, to pump out HUGE magnetic fields....
