“CONSPIRACY THEORY ROCK” AIRED ON SNL IN 1998. ( YOUTUBE KEEPS TAKING THIS DOWN SO )....

Yeah I kind of remember when TeleVision was sort of more factual and honest disagreements and agreements - But would you like to know why I understood the issue of becomming clinically insane. Well I hate fucking TV - the disrespectful bare faced lying, the game playing and the adgenda setting fucking crap - The incessant "selling McDonalds Happy Family Meals" and then the news reports on the obesity epidemic, and all the fat kids and fat adults - and why isn't the government doing something about it.... That kind of corporate whoring.... Well during the transition from Analog TV to Digital TV, most people had perfectly good TV's that they didn't want to throw out... so onto the market came "set top boxes" - or Digital TV receivers, that converted the signal to Analog, for the TV's, and the one that I got - well you had the three button set up and programming situation, and although because of the location there were 3 or 4 transmission locations - all around 100 - 150 Km away - and they all sent the same 12 TV stations from each location, but depending upon the distance and the weather, the signals were kind of degraded and or would fade out due to atmospheric conditions (humidity coming to earth at night as frost) , temperature, wind speed etc., and so it was a general all round irritating cunt to program this fucking thing..... BUT we had BAD powerlines and connections to the grid - so the power would flicker on and off fairly frequently, so the smart fuck manufacturers of the set top box were too fucking scummy to include a super capacitor (stores say 30 minutes of charge) or a 9V battery to to keep the memory chip powered up - so every time the power flickered on and off, you had to restart it and program in the 17 TV stations that gave decent reception during fine weather, out of the 300 possible channels the set top box could receive - all using the 3 button menu selection set...... That is a LOT of fucking around.... AND by the time the power had gone out some 40 or 50 times - I was ready to put this fucking thing into orbit with a hammer... Luckily it stopped working, I sent it back under warranty - the place that was doing the warranty for the retailer went out of business and I got a refund in lieu of a replacement..... All of this, on account of a scumbag manufacturer, couldn't "get it" that it was such a hassle to program and reprogram the unit - even if you just wanted to unplug it and move the TV else where - that they could not put in a super capacitor that would hold say 30 minutes of charge time for the memory chip, and it would have only cost say 50c more... So this is all part and parcel of my absolute disgust at not only what is ON the TV, but for all the shit surrounding it... I figure the TV netowrks to be like guests in my home - and yet these LYING CUNTS are feeding me non stop bullshit to my face - well I would not allow these people of bad character into my home, but if they forced their way in, I'd be more than happy to smash their heads in with the beating of a life time... I do not like them at all....
