Concrete slab falls on emergency workers during search and rescue in Moscow Region

A concrete slab fell on emergency workers while they were conducting search and rescue operations following a gas explosion that ripped through an apartment block in Balashikha, Moscow Region. Four workers were hit by the slab, two of them fatally.
