Well I did manage to change the colour settings while the video was recording... and now how to figure out how to change it back...

Shriek!

And after Aldi's FUCKTARD rechargable batteries that self discharge from fully charged to totally flat in a month...

Been caught out several times - by those fucking retards from Aldi and their shitware.

Never again - such garbage from Aldi.....

Enerloop Batteries - retain most of their charge for 10 years or something..

Retains 70%* after 10 years

We've improved the metal-hydride alloy lattice inside your eneloop battery so that it retains 70%* capacity even after 10 years in storage. The design also resists voltage drop during discharge and minimizes loss of capacity. Once charged, you can trust eneloop to work just like a dry battery, and its long storage life is great in emergencies.

* Capacity based on testing method established by IEC 61951-2 (7.3.2) when stored at 20 °C (based on Panasonic's estimation) and compared with minimum capacity. Varies according to conditions of use.

The light in the real world is a very strong deep red, and it's sufficiently bright to be easily visible from a great distance. It is adequate for it's intended purposes. ( meaning it is really shit hot and I am quite pleased with the results ) I expect 3 to 5 years of use from the dye, because plain LED light will fade the red out of red coloured clear perspex, and fragments or pieces of red tail light lenses are non existent up here... and a little disk of REAL gold coloured glass is expensive both for the combination of the glass and the cutting of it to an accurate circle + transport. So from one permanent marker, if I can get 3 to 5 years of suffieciently red light from each application to the lense, that is $4 for the torch, and $4 for the acetone and texta, and 9 to 15 years of use from the tail light - that is a fucking good deal.
