There is the issue of simply not knowing or having never learned it, but the complete disconnect with questions like, "What does KFC stand for?" - "Kentucky Fried Chicken" - "Where does it come from?" - "Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Ummmmmmmmmmm". - that is hard to digest.
