I watched a couple movies recently that made the point that not having good character could lead to hysteria.. so out of curiousity I found the catholic church espouses 7 virtues laid out by philosophers.. of course people attend church weekly to be reminded to live correctly.. or to worship God.. Something like that.. weekly counsel.. It's not bad imo..
