i call bullshit on the chinese part...
i would bet my life that those satellites (potential satellites) are US deepstate/military...
altho, green lasers that you can actually see they are unlikely to be dangerous.... it is what you cannot or do not see that is the real threat.
The CCP is definitely up to no good!
