Xiaolangdi Reservoir Dam opens spillways on Yellow River

Xiaolangdi dam opened three spillways in China, to discharge floodwater from the Yellow River, as the heaviest rain in 60 years is hitting the southern part of the country, forcing tens of thousands of residents to evacuate.
