I'm related to a post-op trans that couldn't pass if you were blind, drunk, and had recent head trauma. What people gloss over in these kinds of discussion is the mental health issues. Gender dysphoria (no longer a mental health diagnosis in the USA according to the DSM-5 notwithstanding, many of the trannies I've known had serious untreated conditions including bipolar, narcissism, violence, substance abuse, depression, borderline, and so on. Much of this is glossed over as they treat gender changing as the magic bullet to solve their problems but it only makes them crazier, and it really is like living in a delusion.
If you think women are awful, a tranny will show you that as bad as real women are, men pretending to be women are capable of much much worse. Women can't love you sacrificially, but a self absorbed tranny can only resent you because their own self-contempt means that if you love what they hate they hate you all the more.
It's all a sack of crazy, and no amount of inverted penis and anus transplants will change that it's just a mutilated man with severe head issues.
