I would identify as a woman so I could get my share of free government tampons, then sell them on eBay.
Toilet paper is not free actually - employers pay for it. Why? Everyone has to use the facilities multiple times a day - both employees as well as customers . Hence, it is an operational "benefit" for all people regardless of gender - even though women use more than their fair share of it because they are really full of shit. By contrast, Tampoons (misspelling intentional) are gender specific and paying for them is by definition systematically advantaging women over men. Additionally, Tampoons are not free to men: we will be paying for them through a confiscatory tax system to which men have always contributed more.
Like our wonder content provider has said, women can use the product with a string attached to it and no one will know it is up there.
