Bro I don't know your story or situation and sounds like you might need some help Im not all for the government and making a "NUCLEAR-PIPEBOMB" to me is way out there.

Don't do anything that harms you or innocents if you have been fucked with and screwed over by The Government then get your payback against them and God Willing Not against anyone that's innocent.
