I find that in photos - off Mr Madams instagram account, that when the gibbering retard is controlling the weight, so it has no hips or thighs, it looks very much like a scrawny girl.... Maybe the photos are modified to give the appearance of being pencil thin from top to feet.

But there are other photos where Mrs Meth Head has been eating at least one decent meal a week, and actually has some meat on her (?) upper thighs and a few curves...

SO I am not sure if it is a MAN, or a WOMAN or a TRANNY - Some times it's not bad looking and other times - "That? That's a fucking guy - it's got a fucking block head like a Tom Cat....."
