[Up Vote] Look, I am all for people trying out for any job. If one has the skills, then one deserves the job and pay. When someone gets the "affirmative action" selection due to genitalia or skin color, then incompetence is growing.
DEI is victimizing people. Eventually, DEI could cost someone's life.
