I have an XLI total gym - the basic model and it was a little too small for me and it got damaged in the floods - so I am building another one, because I can.

I remade the workout manual for it and a ton of other work....
I can send you a copy of it all if you want.
Do it in private message.

These extreme nutcase events? Like what are they trying to overcome? What dark nasty secrets are they trying to avoid by obsessive and compulsive RIGID regeimes?
All most of them do is spend HUGE amounts of their life, obsessively and compulsively locking into a diet and exercise regeime that does NOTHING for their shit going around inside their heads, and all they do is spend vast amounts of money on fucking protien shakes, suppliments and all sorts of weird shit meals.
If you want to work out and have some thing to show for it, buy some nice land, and build a house or log cabin on it with a live in workshop - that is exorcising you mind and body and soul, with a purpose and an outcome.
But as soon as you stop being a mental case at the gym, you just go back to flab and the same fucking crap in your head.
When you finish your home you can either live there, or sell it and go build another one - perhaps a bit better and a bit bigger... Doing it faster and with a better outcome....
Weight lifting is just shovelling shit with no purpose.
Body building is good for those who work in "soft" jobs where there is little to no phycical labour....
You NEED exercise and a bit of hard work for sanity and health.
BUT the massive muscles and endless hours working out at the gym.... That is one big circle jerk....
Healthy muscle mass is associated with several benefits, including:
Metabolic health: Muscle is metabolically active tissue, so having more muscle mass increases the resting metabolic rate, which helps manage body weight and prevent obesity.
Physical health: Strong muscles support a healthy cardiovascular system by improving circulation and reducing blood pressure. They also help prevent chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes by enhancing insulin sensitivity.
Mental health: Exercise, especially resistance training, stimulates the release of endorphins, which are natural mood boosters. It has been linked to reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Cognitive function: Regular strength training has been associated with a lower risk of cognitive decline and dementia.
Longevity: People with greater muscle mass tend to live longer, healthier lives.

To maintain and build muscle mass, the following strategies are recommended:
Strength training: Engaging in weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, or resistance band workouts at least two to three times a week. 34
Protein intake: Consuming enough protein to repair and grow muscle tissue, which can be found in lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, lentils, and plant-based options like tofu and tempeh. 35
Balanced nutrition: A well-balanced diet rich in healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and micronutrients. 3
Rest and recovery: Getting adequate sleep and allowing time for muscle recovery between workouts. 34
Consulting with a registered dietitian can help determine the amount and type of protein that is right for an individual. 3
These are plenty good.....
