Black Sea grain deal ‘is terminated’ – Kremlin

The agreements underpinning the controversial Black Sea grain deal have been terminated, the Kremlin announced. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia will immediately return to the arrangement when all parties concerned implement the previously agreed steps.
