Effeminate men have been harming masculine men and getting away with it for years. They don't fight you because you'll hospitalize them, they spread rumors behind your back like a teenage girl would do. In theory, this is illegal too, but it's near impossible to actually enforce. Our laws reward effeminate behavior like this. I'd prefer if effeminate men tried to throw hands, you can at least retaliate against that.
