Amid the growing global energy crisis, Joe Biden has confirmed his plans to visit Saudi Arabia. The president’s decision caused outrage among human rights advocates for putting business over his own vows to make Riyadh a ‘pariah’ following the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi back in 2018.
