Joe Biden and Donald Trump will soon face off in their first 2024 presidential debate. House Speaker Mike Johnson said, however, that Biden won't be able to match the former president's acuity due to his health. But in contrast, the president appeared lively during his March State of The Union speech, and then rumors flourished that Biden had taken ‘performance-enhancing drugs.’
