Speaking at the South Carolina Democratic Party’s dinner, Joe Biden lashed out at his rival Donald Trump, saying the ex-POTUS wants to ‘see the economy crash this year’ – while, for whatever reason, calling him a ‘sitting president’ at one point in his rant.
