I agree except for one part. If you research back further you find that Moses, Jesus, Buddha, Mohammad, Noah, are all rehashed stories from even earlier. Yes your Spirit is the way out of the Matrix trap, not the soul. The soul is part of the Matrix trap where you are told you have to learn lessons and come back again, after they wipe your memory of that previous life, so how can you ever learn?
