The more times they do that the more equity they have usually.,... and after so many houses pretty much pay cash for the last one.. meanwhile they work to make a living somehow.. then there are liars. like this guy I worked for who took out a 250,000 mtg on his 320,000 house.. after telling me it was paid off.. the previous mtg on it was for 220,000.. he took out equity.. his nurse wife , is an alcoholic.. and 4 kids.. 62 yoa.. 250,000 debt on a 320,000 house.. says he can always sell it for 650.. lmao.. Paying rent is a losing proposition.. they are raisiing interest rates now.. Joe Biden acts similar to Reagan and Daddy Bush.. jack up gas prices then interest rates.. lol.. He does not act like a democrat.. Trump was a prick too imo.. Higher interest rates will suppress housing appreciation.. "inflation" lol.. see? they raised gas prices to run everything up.. that is not really inflation that is high gas prices.. so then they raise the prime rate to counter the artificial inflation giving us all the double fuckaroo.. best
