Of course Ben Shapiro was put in that place.
When there is a problem in society, and someone stands up to do something about it, the others will follow him instead of standing up themselves. It's human nature.
So if you are busy destroying a society, how do you control the resistance? By putting your own pawn up who initially make a big fuss, but does not do anything concrete to change the course of history.
The only thing Ben has achieved is popularity but outside that everything is still on the same course as before.
