BEING LOATHED BY WOMEN AT THE WORKPLACE & GETTING ON NEETBUXS

Just the description of the situation points you out as being anti-social, simply because you mentioned "office politics", and regrettably, in any office, there are going to be "politics" and a hierarchy, whereby a "newbie" is going to be "sniffed out" by the appointed one every single time.

You describe how the old lady "sniffed" you out, and you gave her a curt response, and she reacted, but have you also considered how your work ethic may have been transmitting to the others in the office even before this advent took place?

Maybe everyone was wondering about you and why you were so close and not more open, etc... I don't know, but what you describe as having had happened, I have experienced in every office environment that I have worked in, and I am 63 years old, and have a few stories for you as well.

I am not being harsh here, and sympathize and empathize with your ordeal, but since every job in that office was a "piece of cake" for you, why couldn't you have spared a moment with the lady and perhaps even invited her and the other workers out to a trendy bar for a few drinks at an early and respectable time, and then told everyone there that you are a "to myself" kind of guy, and perhaps even apologize, even though this is not necessary, but serves well as an "olive branch" to put out any negative thoughts that might have been brewing in the minds of your co-workers... i.e. CO-WORKERS?

'Just saying, is all! I "get" you and feel embarrassed for you, again, office work comes with office politics and solemnities and "getting to know" your co-workers! After all, the average employee spends more time at work than at home with their loved ones!

Who cares what the lying THOTs want... we just move on without them...That's a punishment worst than death for THOTs...
