I don't know why they went down, but I'd speculate it was in Indonesia (Bali?) and that because it's so warm and she is such an idiot, she wore NO protective clothing and it looks like another bike - the foot peg, has clipped her head... and broke it open...
It's one of these idiot debates, like a helmet in some circumstances, CAN make the injuries worse - sure - but statistically, most of the time, in most accidents, wearing a helmet is a good idea.
