Balcony collapse kills deputy head of Turkish opposition party - report

Deputy head of Turkish opposition party Mehmet Palaz has reportedly died and 8 others have been hospitalized after a balcony collapsed during victory celebrations.

The celebrations followed a heavy defeat for President Erdogan's ruling party in local elections - losing in three major cities
