Baby Boomer Bosses Part 2 - Why Do We Commute?

I ask the Baby Boomer Bosses a simple question - "Why do you force us to commute?" Is it that you don't understand technology? Are you control freaks? Do you not trust younger generations to get the job done? Or are you a bunch of hypocrites clamoring for "corporate social responsibility" and "like work balance" but fail to avail yourselves of the obvious solution?
